The Ural-632361 is a Russian military truck with 10x10 configuration. It is essentially a longer version of Ural-5323 with an added axle. This vehicle was mainly designed for military service. It was a member of Motovoz-1 family of military trucks. The Ural company also proposed another Ural-632341 heavy-duty truck with 10x10 configuration, which is externally similar. Though the baseline Ural-6323 truck has 8x8 configuration. However this military truck with 10x10 configuration was not adopted by the Russian Army. Currently this truck is no longer offered, as newer models are available.

This Ural truck with 10x10 configuration is a heavy-duty high-mobility vehicle. This Russian truck is simple in design and technology.

This military truck has a payload capacity of up to around 24 t, depending on the version. It was proposed in a number of versions, including a chassis cab version for mounting various bodies or specialized equipment, general service version with troop/cargo body and version fitted with a palletized load handling system.

The cab of this military truck accommodates driver and one passenger.

An all-metal forward control cab was originally developed by IVECO and was used on old IVECO trucks. The same cab is used by Ural-5323-21 military truck. It can be identified by headlights integrated into front bumper and single piece windscreen. There is also a version fitted with a KamAZ cab. The KamAZ cab has a number of detailed changes, such as headlights mounted near the grille and two-piece windscreen. Similar cabs are also used by the Ural-5323-20 truck. Both IVECO and KamAZ cabs provides seating for the driver and one passenger. The cab is located directly over the engine in order to provide maximum cargo carrying area. It is tilted forward for engine access and maintenance. An armored cab could be potentially fitted.

The Ural-632361 uses the same automotive components as the Ural-5323 series truck. A number of its automotive components are compatible with other Ural and KamAZ trucks. This military truck is powered by a YaMZ-7601.10 or YaMZ-238B turbocharged diesel engine, developing 300 hp. Engines are fitted with pre-heaters to allow starting at low temperatures. Maximum road speed is limited to 75 km/h. Vehicle is fitted with a central tyre inflation system. It improves traveling performance over sand and snow. This military truck has climatic operational range from -50C to +50C.
